By submitting content (including text, images, videos, and drawings) to Designworldnews (DWN) via email or any other platform, you explicitly agree to these terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DWN.

1. Licence to Use Submitted Content

1.1. You grant Designworldnews a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, edit, translate, distribute, and display the content on the DWN website and across all its associated media channels, including social media (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and email newsletters.

1.2. This licence is non-exclusive; you retain all ownership and copyright to the submitted content.

1.3. You acknowledge that DWN will not pay a fee for the submitted content. In exchange, your project may be featured on our platform, providing exposure to our specialized audience.

2. Editorial Rights

2.1. You grant DWN the full right to edit, shorten, adapt, and make changes to the submitted text and images to comply with our editorial standards and style guide (including correcting grammar, cropping photos, or adjusting titles).

2.2. DWN is not obligated to publish the submitted content. The decision to publish is solely at the discretion of the DWN editorial team.

3. Warranties and Indemnification 

3.1. You warrant that you are the sole copyright holder of all submitted material, or that you have secured the express, written permission from the original copyright holder (e.g., the photographer) to license the content to DWN.

3.2. You affirm that the submitted content does not infringe upon any existing intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

3.3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Designworldnews and its editor(s) against any and all liabilities, costs, claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising as a result of a breach by you of the warranties stated in sections 3.1 and 3.2.

4. Credit and Policies

4.1. DWN commits to giving full and visible credit to the architect/designer and the photographer/illustrator within the published article.
