A Symbiotic Relationship with Nature

Setre Marina was meticulously designed to offer visitors the opportunity to experience the beauty of nature. The expansive glass facades blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. The project creates a deep connection between visitors and the natural environment.

Embracing Natural Materials: The project prioritizes the use of local and natural materials. The walls constructed of Shiga Shigaraki and Ryuo clay, along with wooden flooring and cedar paneling, create a warm and inviting atmosphere while promoting environmental sustainability.

Sustainable Systems: Implementation of sustainable systems such as rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation and energy efficiency measures minimizes the project’s environmental footprint.

Nurturing Biodiversity: Creating a biotope within the project area supports aquatic life and contributes to the preservation of the natural ecosystem.
