Salone del Mobile.Milano Meets Riyadh is happening at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) with the Red in progress event, running from November 26th 28th 2025.

Salone del Mobile.Milano Meets Riyadh

The three-day programme features over thirty speakers, including key figures like Maria Porro and Piero Lissoni, alongside Saudi and international experts. Discussions focus on sustainability in design, cultural dialogue, and urban transformation. This event marks the first step for Italian design entering the regional market. We will share the special brands and stories we selected for you throughout the event.

Arper Catifa Chair Salone del Mobile.Milano Meets Riyadh

Arper Catifa Chair a new version of the sustainable Catifa Chair, designed by Lievore Altherr Molina. The shell is made from PaperShell, a composite material based on kraft paper and natural resin. It is a carbon-capturing structure that sequesters more CO2 than it emits during production. The shell is 100% biogenic, using residuals from Swedish wood production, ensuring no chemical treatment or tree felling for this specific material.

Desire Kara Armchair Salone del Mobile.Milano Meets Riyadh

Desire Kara Armchair features a lacquered metal frame with white or black ash, coloured walnut, or heat-treated chestnut. Cushions are cold-foam polyurethane. The base swivels 120 degrees and comes in matte white, black lacquered, satin nickel, or bronze metal options.

CITCO ercuric Table

CITCO Mercuric table designed by Zaha Hadid stunning marble piece crafted from Nero Marquina and Bianco di Covelano Vena Oro marble.

Flos Taraxacum 88 Suspension Lamp

Flos Taraxacum 88 Suspension Lamp Designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1988 to replace classic multi-bulb chandeliers. The lamp provides direct and reflected light. Its structure consists of 20 pressed, polished aluminium triangles, encircled by 120 transparent Globolux bulbs.

Lema Alton Armchair

Lema Alton Armchair Designed by David Lopez Quincoces. The backrest is hand-woven with over 200 metres of aged natural leather cord. It features a bold look with a semi-circular metal structure. Available in fabric or leather. The event highlights this sophisticated craftsmanship.
